Cancellation policy

24-hour cancellation from booking time. More than 60 days before arrival: full refund. 30 to 60 days before arrival: 50% refund. Less than 30 days before arrival: non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be sent by email.

Refundable deposit hold

A refundable $400 authorization hold is placed on the payment method for potential damage. It is a hold only, not an additional charge, so the reservation amount processed on the card does not include the $400. If damage occurs, applicable amounts may be captured from the hold; damages above $400 may be billed at the actual invoiced repair or replacement cost.
